T o troubleshoot this issue, you'll need to modify the driver used by the ControlCenter. If you're not able to scan with another application, then refer to the general answer for "Unable to scan from a computer". If you're able to scan with another application, go to step 3. Make sure that you're able to scan into a different application such as the Scanner and Camera Wizard or Windows Fax and Scan.
